Norsk Pannekaker(Norwegian Pancakes)

1-2/3 Cups of flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3 Cups of milk
3 Tbsp melted butter

Sift flour and salt, mix beaten eggs and milk. Add melted butter and mix "good". Mix into flour and mix well. Let set "en timer" (1 hour)and cook. Add 1-2 Tbsp batter to greased 6-8" pan, tilt pan and rotate to allow batter to cover bottom of pan, turn quickly when light golden on underside. Serve hot with "syletoy" (strawberry jam) or cold with sugar. Snack or dessert, served with whipped cream.
